However, as you are all aware, our products have been out of stock and expected ship dates have been pushed back. Here is our explanation of the cause of the delays.
We are currently in step 3 of the fulfillment process. Because of congestion at the ports due to reduce staffing as a response to the pandemic, and possible delay as we go through customs, we are unable to provide an exact shipment or fulfillment date. Our best-guess estimates have been incorrect in the past, so we want to avoid providing a date.
We understand that this delay and uncertainty of delivery has been a source of frustration for you. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience it may have caused and want to thank you for your interest in our products and patience you have shown thus far.
